Top five professions that will be replaced by technology in the next three decades.

In the face of a persistent technological march and an emerging digital economy, a number of professions will certainly disappear in the next couple of decades. Here are five occupations that are going to be replaced by technology.  



1. Accountants: bookkeeping accountants have already been replaced by accounting software. Although still there are accountants working in almost every organization, it is expected that due to the advent of artificial intelligence technology, for making accounting decisions accountants will not be needed anymore by the next couple of decades.

2. Drivers: this profession will also be heavily affected by artificial intelligence technology. Self-driving vehicles and drone technology will soon make drivers redundant everywhere on the streets, in the air, and in the water.



3. Sales Representatives: sales jobs are always lucrative because of high sales commissions. However, the number of sales jobs is decreasing noticeably in the immerging digital economy. In the digital economy, people will buy products online instead of visiting physical shops. Consequently, customers will interact will chat boots instead of human sales representatives. 

4. Doctors: It is hard to believe that doctors are also on this list. In the near future, patients will input the symptom information of their illnesses into medical software that will be able to analyze the symptoms and prescribe medicine accordingly.  Besides, surgery activities will also be conducted by robots.

5. Soldiers: As a result of cutting-edge weapon technology, drone and missile technology, many military members are being redundant. In addition to that in the past different countries involved in brutal wars. However, in the future, countries will wage trade wars instead.
